Talk or No-Talk Therapy

Relational & Symbolic

Depth Psychology

Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain.

CJ Jung

You deserve support no matter what state of mind you’re in.

Sometimes you’ll feel “prepared” and want to talk about something specific.

Other times what you’re feeling may be ineffable. That doesn’t mean there isn’t hope.

Low-key therapy technology (e.g., sand and small toys) can help. Creating a symbolic picture of the soul happens in the sand, but also the mind and the body. Arranging the elements of nature and figures in the sand can be deeply anchoring and surprisingly effective at remembering your true nature.

Therapy happens in the mind, the body,
and in relationship.

If your relationships never feel quite connected, that’s okay. Wounding happens in relationships, and relating is vital to healing it.

In therapy I’m curious about what happens for you & honest about what’s happening for me.

By practicing compassion, supportive reflection, honesty and understanding you will learn the language of your own body.

Connection to your self and others can feel better.
